**Role Overview**:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated **Freelance Trainer** to deliver the following courses:

- **Paediatric Infant & Child First Aid (Level 3)**:

- **Safeguarding of Children (Child Protection) (Level 2)**:

- **Common Core Skills for Professional Childcarer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions to groups of learners.
- Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on activities to enhance learning.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Ensure course content aligns with current legislation and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of learner attendance and assessments.
- Offer constructive feedback to support learner development.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Qualifications to deliver training in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and Common Core Skills.
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education and Training, PTLLS, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in delivering training courses in the childcare or education sector.
- Strong knowledge of current childcare legislation and standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

**Desirable**:

- Experience working in childcare or early years settings.
- Flexibility to deliver training in various formats (e.g., face-to-face or online).
