Dental Ceramist required for newly established in-house lab servicing group of fully private boutique dental practices

**About the Role**:
As a Dental Ceramist, you will be an integral part of our in-house lab team, working closely with experienced dental professionals to produce high-quality dental restorations. You will have the opportunity to showcase your artistry and technical skills in creating lifelike, aesthetically pleasing, and durable ceramic restorations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and more, to the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
- Utilize various ceramic materials and techniques to achieve superior results.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure the perfect fit and appearance of dental restorations.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all work performed.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in dental ceramics and technologies including understanding digital workflows.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of the dental laboratory processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment within the lab.

**Essential requirements**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience as a Dental Ceramist with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional ceramic work.
- Knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in working with a variety of ceramic materials and dental lab equipment.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and methodologies in the field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of dental industry trends and materials.
