About the Role Black Pearl Dental Lab is a boutique laboratory based in the UK, specializing in veneers, crowns, bridges, and implant restorations. We combine traditional artistry with modern precision to support leading dental professionals demanding aesthetic excellence and functional reliability. Job Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Dental Ceramist based in South Croydon. The Dental Technician will be responsible for pressing lithium disilicates, fitting restorations, staining and glazing posterior crowns, bridges, and implants. Day‑to‑day Tasks Use advanced dental technology and techniques to create high‑quality dental restorations. Maintain laboratory equipment. Ensure all crafted items meet stringent quality standards. Communicate clearly with dental professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. Qualifications Ceramics and Dental Technology skills. Laboratory skills necessary for creating dental restorations. Attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality craftsmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Experience in a dental laboratory setting is a plus. Recognised qualification in dental technology or related field. Well‑rounded, open, and friendly personality, a self‑motivated approach, and a willingness to learn and continuously improve. Reliability and consistency are essential for this role. Compensation £30,000 to £50,000, based on experience. Benefits Full‑time employment. On‑site gym. Free parking and on‑site parking.
