**CRO Analyst - Up to £50,000 - Manchester (Hybrid)**

Are you looking for a first of its kind hire for a leading retailer in Manchester? New offices and a great opportunity to build out a team in a growing Digital Analytics and eCommerce function, this opportunity can provide you a great step up in your Analyticscareer.

We're exclusively working with a retailer known across the country who are currently undergoing organic growth within their eCommerce and Digital Analytics function.

With brand new offices homing the growing teams, this role comes with great opportunity for innovation, creativity and growth.

The flat structure within the team, is allowing for growth and individuals to make the role their own from Day 1

**What's on offer**

Working as a CRO Analyst, you will be one of the 1st hires of this kind within the team, giving responsibility and trust to build out a team.

You will have the responsibility to create the reporting framework alongside the strategy for analytical dashboards.

You will be helping provide actionable insights to the various digital and marketing teams and working cooperatively with them on wider projects.

You will be the point of contact for deciding the CRO testing strategy and build suggestions on what tests would be most beneficial for the wider business.

**What you'll need**

Prior experience in a CRO specific role, with expertise in testing strategy, dashboarding, customer journey analytics and the conversion funnel.

Hands on experiencing using SQL and GA to connect offline and online databases to ensure all data is relevant.

Experience in liaising with senior stakeholders and communicating findings effectively to the wider business.
