**Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner**

**£30k to £35k depending on experience and qualifications**

We are seeking an experienced, ideally qualified, **Residential Conveyancer** to work for a well-established Lexcel and CQS accredited multi office law firm, based at their office in Stratford upon Avon. The position has come about due to continuedgrowth in Residential Conveyancing in recent months.

**The role will involve**
- Carrying out all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, new plot purchases
- Assisting with managing and supporting a small team
- Developing business opportunities within the Property Department
- Offering technical advice and support to other offices
- Dealing with clients, HM Land Registry and other third-party professionals in person and over the telephone
- A minimum three years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Experience with managing and supporting a conveyancing team
- Sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and Anti-Money Laundering legislation
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Case Management Systems
- A full UK driving licence and own transport
