This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor /Conveyancer to join a supportive team and gain hands-on experience in property transactions.What you’ll doWhen you join the team with Davisons Law as a Residential Property Solicitor /Conveyancer, you will manage your own case load with minimum supervision in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions; handling sales, purchases, Deeds of Variation, remortgages, and transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.You will have a relevant qualification (i.e. solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients, estate agents and lenders.Manage own work allocation must have proven track record as a Residential Property Solicitor /Conveyancer Fee EarnerProcess cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.Strong organisational skillset, IT literate and experience of using web-based case management systems.Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.Supporting/development assistants and paralegalsWork on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.Experience of handling client enquiries both face to face, remotely and by telephone.What’s in it for you:Working with Davisons Law is more than just a job.
