We are looking for full-time Support Workers in Spelthorne

What will I be doing?

You will be working in a variety of supported living and outreach settings
Supporting a variety of people with their individual needs in their homes and with daily activities
You will be working on a 1-2-1 basis so lone working is a key part of this exciting and rewarding role. Support tasks may include some personal care, shopping, activities, attending appointments, administering medication and finance/correspondence support.
A car driver is essential for this role due to the variety of locations around the Spelthorne area
When will I be working?

Between 0800 and 1800
Shifts are across 7 days on a rotational basis and will include every other weekend
