**Job Title**: Counterbalance Forklift Driver

**Location**: Hull

**Salary**: £11 per hour (3 shift rotation), £12.28 per hour (continental shift pattern)

We are currently seeking four skilled and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our team. If you possess a valid Counterbalance Licence and have a minimum of one year of driving experience, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:
Safely operate Counterbalance forklift trucks to move, stack, load, and unload materials in a warehouse or industrial setting.

Conduct routine checks on the forklift equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any maintenance or safety issues.

Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating the forklift.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of goods.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to fulfil orders and meet deadlines.

**Shift Pattern**:
After training, transition to a continental shift pattern including both day and night shifts: 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am to cover the entire week.

**Requirements**:
Valid Counterbalance Licence.

Minimum of one year of experience driving counterbalance trucks.

Good understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and maintaining records.

Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Flexibility to work shifts and extended hours, as required.

**Remuneration**:
Hourly rate of £11 during the 3-shift rotation.

Hourly rate of £12.28 once transitioned to the continental shift pattern.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.28 per hour
