**Lead Talent Solutions - FLT Counterbalance Driver**

Lead Talent Solutions is looking for a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client’s team for a Temporary to Permanent contract.

**About the Company**:
Our client is a well-established timber specialist seeking a team member to join their growing company. They offer a stable work environment with a full 40-hour week and the opportunity to earn a permanent position after a successful probationary period. Their business culture is relaxed and welcoming, and you'll be working alongside a friendly team.

**The position requires working outdoors, so previous experience in an outdoor setting is a plus.**

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm

**Pay rate**:
£11.44 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper operation and safety checks of Counterbalance Forklift Trucks as required in accordance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Unloading and loading of goods, ensure goods are received are stored in the correct locations.
- Relocating stock to allocated areas, using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck up to 5 ton.
- Time to time support Plant Operation and Timber treatment operations.

**Required Skills and Qualities**:

- Previous experience working as a Forklift Driver with particular experience skills in FLT OR Timber OR Counterbalance.
- Valid RTITB or ITSSAR Counterbalance Forklift Licence Valid Counterbalance Licence.
- Attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Prior start you will be required to pass a test on ability to use FLT Counterbalance and safely move timber from point A to point B.

**Lead Talent Solutions Expectations**:

- You will be required to attend face to face appointment.
- Provide valid passport or birth certificate.
- Provide 2 contact details for a skills reference.
- Complete a driving test, before job offer.
