**Corporate Treasury Division**
We're a team of specialists charged with managing the firm's funding, liquidity, capital and relationships with creditors and regulators. Corporate Treasury manages the firm's financial resources and minimizes interest expense through liability planning, assetliability management, and liquidity portfolio yield enhancement. Corporate Treasury plays a central role in the firm's overall strategy with responsibility for providing appropriate funding to support all Firmwide activity while maximizing net interest income.The division allocates financial resources, raises funding and capital to support firm activity, and dynamically manages the firm's asset liability risk and liquidity portfolio. Corporate Treasury actively engages in public markets and with businesses acrossthe firm, investors, ratings agencies and regulators. The division is ideal for collaborative individuals with strong quantitative analysis skills, interest in portfolio management and a risk management mind set.
**How we are organized**
Functional teams within Corporate Treasury focus on resource allocation, funding planning and origination, asset liability management, trading execution, liquidity projections, liquidity policies and platforms and regulatory engagement. The division is runby the Global Treasurer and works closely with the CFO, each of the firm's businesses, Controllers, Operations, and Investor Relations among other groups at the firm.

**About the role**
Incentives is a key sleeve forming part of the Resource Allocation pillar within Corporate Treasury. Working closely with the Treasurer and other members of senior management, Incentives have responsibility for pricing funding generated or utilized across thefirm, in addition to helping with the assessment and strategic management of asset liability mismatch risk across the firm. Key aspects of the team's mandate include oversight of the firm's Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework and designing incentives whichsupport resource allocation decisions & funding plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting FTP curves which support resource allocation decisions and funding plan
- FTP reporting and trend analysis
- Setting and maintaining FTP policy and operationalizing FTP policy changes
- Development of analytics to support tenor assumptions, curve setting and FTP policy
- Analysis and on-boarding of new business initiatives and products
- Interpretation and response to new regulations that impact the mandate and objectives of Corporate Treasury
- Creation of presentations for discussion with the Board of Directors, senior management, regulators and other key stakeholders

**Skills & Experience**:

- Self-starter with good commercial perspective
- Ability to work on multiple projects with a high attention to detail
- Ability to analyse, evaluate and form independent judgments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong quantitative skills
- Comfortable building models, managing large amounts of data, and analysing the output to identify trends or present solutions
- Ability to interact with and build relationships with people from different departments and levels of seniority
