Dolce Ltd is a national school meals caterer providing freshly made school meals across the UK. A family business, we value our reputation for delicious school dinners and reward those that enhance this reputation.

Main Responsibilities:

- Transport meals from site to site.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of Dolce services to the school.
- General catering duties following the method prescribed in the Kitchen Folder.
- Basic preparation of food and beverages (for example, sandwiches, vegetables and snacks).
- Setting up and clearing away tables, chairs and equipment.
- Cleaning of the kitchen surfaces, cupboards, tables and equipment.
- Washing dishes, cutlery, containers, etc.
- Ensuring equipment is maintained correctly.
- Participation in all Company mandatory training requirements.
- The recording of food temperatures before and during service.
- Following all Company and statutory procedures with regards to Food Safety.
- Checking stock and delivery notes.
- Other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
- Previous catering experience in a similar environment is desirable.
- Ability to communicate positively and politely with a range of stakeholders, including young students.
- Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to adapt to change and take on different tasks as and when required.

**You must have a full, clean UK driving licence, and access to a vehicle for this role.**
