Rent Recovery Officer - Housing - Kingston & Sutton Council - KT1 1EU
We are looking for a **Rent Recovery Officer**you will be based **KT1 1EU**
- Working in the rent arrears department of Kingston & Sutton Council
- Recovering rent from residential tenants and ensuring they are up to date with their payments,
- Creating payment plans for anyone who may be struggling
**Experience Required**:
- Experience of working within a local authority is desirable
- Experience of working within a rent arrears department previously is essential
- Experience of recovering rent and creating payments plans is essential
**We are looking for Business Support Officers or administrators with experience within the SEND/EHCP department, who can work alongside the SEND officer to support them in their duties.**
**The role will be office based, initially 5 days per week and then moving down to 3 days per week.**
