**Sales Administrator (Utilities)**

**ARE YOU A SALES ADMINISTRATOR WITH STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS? DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH BUILDERS MERCHANTS OR WITHIN THE UTILITIES/ CIVILS SECTOR?**

**Sales administrator**required for a well established manufacturer who pride themselves on being a brand associated with quality. This is a brand new role due to significant growth in this department of the business.

Joining the Utilities Sales Team, this is a varied and fast paced role. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for liaising with the external sales team and preparing/sending quotations and tenders on their behalf. You will be a point of contact for customers and efficiently deal with any queries as well as providing updates on orders and deliveries/lead times. You will be responsible for updating internal systems and make sure all paperwork is accurately recorded. As part of your role, you will provide holiday cover for other internal sales team colleagues.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales administrator who wants to join a business in a period of growth. **Sales Administrator**

*Must be from a strong sales administration background

*A manufacturing background would be preferrable

*Administrators with experience within the utilities sector or dealing with civils or builders merchants will have a considerable advantage

*Must be proficient with Microsoft Office packages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
