CONTRACTS/AREAS TO MANAGE - This role will require flexibility. LCS's office is based in Northampton therefore there will be a need to come to the office occasionally for meetings. For this role you will be managing sites daily in the region of Northampton.

Clients
You will be responsible for commercial premises that include multi-sites for some firms, schools, dentists, and doctors.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Checking and responding to attendance alerts
- Arranging our relief's daily diaries to cover any sickness, absences and holiday from employees
- Managing employees holiday and organising this to suit the availability of the relief team
- Attending site cleaning audits, training provided
- Arrange and conduct interviews for site's with vacancies, training provided

**Personal Requirements**:

- Experience managing contracts within the commercial contract cleaning industry (Not essential)
- Excellent work ethic
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to develop relationships
- Good understanding of the equipment used in the cleaning industry, training provided
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate on all levels
- Ability to prioritise and understand which tasks have greater importance
- Flexible approach to work and people including travelling to sites to manage contracts effectively
- Can do attitude
- Problem solver
- IT literate
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage own diary
- Full clean driving licence, occasional driving will be required as well as a car
- Honest and trustworthy
- Extremely organised

**Hours**:
4pm to 8pm - Monday to Friday
£11.00 per hour
