As a result of continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Customer Support Advisor:
This role offers:
- Flexible working shift pattern to suit your needs (Start times of 07:30am / 08:00am / 08:30am etc...)
- 5 working hours a week with NO weekend working
- Earn additional money for providing EXCELLENT customer service
- Three very friendly office dogs
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be working as part of a small team and will be responsible for ensuring that all customers who contact, have a full understanding of what each training course provides to ensure their requirements are being met.
You will also be responsible for responding to website enquiries, taking payments from customers as well as completing general account and administration duties.
Please note that this is NOT a call centre environment. You will NOT be taking hundreds of calls a day. Instead, you will be having in-depth conversations with potential customers as well as managing current accounts.
Role Details:
- Salary
- £19,500 + Bonus (potential of up to £2,000 per quarter)
- Working Hours
- Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week)
- Holidays
- 20 Days + Bank Holidays (28 in total) + increasing holidays for continued year's service
- Annual Bonus based on company hitting targets
