We are looking a local proactive, motivated and enthuastic individual to join our friendly and growing team at our new warehouse office in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire.

This position requires a certain amount of stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while advering to safety protocols.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administration and Customer Service
- Answer and directing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Competent Microsoft office skills for various administrative tasks
- Utilize inhouse MRP system - ProgressPlus
- Raising delivery notes and invoices
- Informing customers of availability and delivery times
- Type and proofread delivery notes and invoices as needed
- Other general office duties as per job description

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Fluent English
- Any other languages a bonus but not essential

Location: Fine Pharma Warehouse, Unit 3, Jackson's Industrial Estate, Wessex Rd, Bourne End SL8 5DT

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with MRP systems is a plus

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
