INTO Manchester is looking for a Student Services Advisor to join our Welcome Team.

The Team is involved in greeting students and visitors alike, assisting in the day to day smooth running of the centre including providing course information to enquiries, providing support to students and the INTO Manchester teams as required.

This role will report to the Admissions Team Leader.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Greet applicants, students and visitors to the Centre in a warm and welcoming manner;
- Provide Centre tours to prospective students and parents;
- To advise, answer and redirect general & course enquiries as appropriate;
- Responsible for the signing in and out of visitors to the INTO centre;
- Develop effective working relationships with colleagues, students, outside agents and other INTO customers, stakeholders and teams;
- To process student letter requests within one working day;
- Responsible for issuing Student and Staff ID cards;
- To organise for the sending, collection and redistribution of post around the centre;
- Responsible for tidiness of the area and updating of materials posted in the area Welcome area;
- Responsible for booking appointments for the various teams with students, visitors and outside clients;
- Assisting in the promotion of the Student Services Social programme;
- Assisting the Welfare team in booking doctor appointments for students
- To undertake general clerical duties as reasonably requested including -data entry of student contact details and information, student feedback, preparing mail shots and various other.
- Assist with the registration and orientation of international students;
- Responsible for keeping an inventory and ordering items for the Welcome Packs for induction weeks
