Elizabeth School of London is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as **Student Advisors**. In this role, you will play a crucial part in recruiting students, guiding them through the enrollment process, and supporting them in their academic journey.

**Note**: As a Student Advisor, you will be responsible for **generating your own student leads**. Leads are not provided by the school, and you will have specific recruitment targets for each intake. For every student successfully recruited, you will receive commission in addition to your salary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively recruit prospective students, using your own network and outreach strategies.
- Meet recruitment targets set for each intake.
- Assist prospective and current students with inquiries regarding courses, enrollment procedures, and career opportunities.
- Conduct one-on-one advising sessions to assess students' needs, goals, and progress.
- Provide accurate information about program requirements, curriculum changes, and academic policies.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and faculty to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in the preferred European languages mentioned above, along with English.
- Experience in student recruitment or a strong network to generate student leads is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed.

**Compensation**:
**Pay**: Up to £12.00 per hour
**Additional Pay**:

- Bonus scheme (based on recruitment performance)
- Commission pay (per student recruited)
- Performance bonus
