Do you have experience working directly with customers? Are you great on the phone and enjoy talking to a range of people? We are working with a highly customer focused business based Moulton Park looking for their next top talent to join their growing business as a Customer Service Administrator, as they continue their mission to provide an exceptional member experience.

**About the role**:
In this role you'll be delivering an excellent customer experience and no day will be the same. You'll be talking to a range of customers over the phone, handling queries, updating information, processing membership information and making changes on the company software; always ensuring administrative tasks are dealt with effectively.

**To excel in this role you’ll be**:

- Experienced in an Admin position or Customer Service environment
- Proactive, flexible and organised.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a great listener and be passionate about helping customers
- Able to use your initiative and build professional relationships.
- A great team player.
- Confident working with Microsoft Office and great attention to detail and accuracy
