We are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer, full time, permanent to join us on our Basildon Contract.

**About the Role**

Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base, in a professional and efficient manner.

Swiftly resolving and advising residents, you will log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procures, ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area.
