We are looking for an efficient, proactive and adaptable **Compliance Warehouse Operative** who has the desire to learn, is reliable with a great attitude to work and has experience in a warehouse environment.

You’ll join us on a full time, permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rotating day (07:00 - 15:00) and afters (14:00 - 22:00) basis.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £21,725. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme,a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Carry out compliance checks, investigate compliance issues and escalating any non-conformances
- Promote and nurture good behaviours to reduce stock damage
- Looking for trends to enable improved process and quality
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is accurate and passed to the administration team

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience within a warehouse environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure to deadlines
- A good level of numeracy and literacy with experience of Microsoft Office
- Ability to address poor behaviours in a supportive manner
