Are you passionate about making a positive, lasting difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a **Senior Residential Support Worker** who is fun, resilient, and dedicated to supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide guidance and support to the care team.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, supporting their development and well-being.
- Oversee daily activities, promote positive behavior, and ensure safety.
- Lead by example, supporting staff through supervision, appraisals, and training.
**Qualifications**:
- **Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare** or equivalent.
- Relevant **experience** in residential settings, particularly with young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
- Strong **leadership** and **communication** skills.
- Understanding of **safeguarding** and child protection protocols.
- **Ability to manage and supervise** staff effectively.

**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in residential childcare, preferably with EBD.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare).

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
