Are you a caring and creative person who is passionate about making a real difference to someone’s life?

We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to provide 24/7 specialist residential support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours at Priory Adult Care’s Brunswick House in Wednesbury.
- Must hold manual Driving Licence
- Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
- Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
- Be attentive and inspire our residents to achieve more
- Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challenge
- Be flexible working 12 hr shifts over 7 days a week.
