**Job Overview**
Office Administrator

We have an opportunity for an Office Administrator / Book Keeper to join a friendly team of a local family owned Plumbing, Heating and DIY Business with a look to start around the end of February 2025.

**Duties include but are not limited to -**
- Basic office management and office organisation.
- Answering and directing calls accordingly.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers.
- Checking, entering and paying monthly purchase invoices.
- Preparing weekly wage cheques.
- Check monthly PAYE return.
- Recording sub-contractor payments.
- Checking and entering weekly cash and card payments.
- General book keeping.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
