We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our current practice for a great opportunity that will test the boundaries of the Now platform. As we move into a Low Code, No Code environment the ServiceNow Solutions Architect willhelp to craft its evolution and growth. Due to the top tier nature of this opportunity we are looking for a Servicenow enthusiast who will collaborate with other ServiceNow authorities across the organisation in developing standard process and ensuring thatthe SeviceNow platform is world class. **What you'll be doing**:

- Crafting, developing and guiding the creation of a ServiceNow, low code, no code platform.
- Working with collaborators in establishing standard processes and methodology.
- Establishing proof of concept solutions.
- Full documentation whilst in frequent communication with the customer.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Have a good solid understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and willing to learn CSM and its implementation in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Understand how ServiceNow can be implemented in secure environments.
- Have experience of crafting to scale handling many thousands of users.
- Be able to evangelize the platform and project SopraSteria’s ServiceNow capability to groups within SopraSteria and its clients.
- Have experience of development on the Now platform.
- Support the accounts and engage with the sales process to develop solution propositions and then be comfortable communicating them to prospective clients.

**It would be great if you had**:

- United Kingdom Security Clearance (SC)
- Demonstrable experience in the ServiceNow platform
- Several ServiceNow certifications including one of either CAD, CMA or CTA
- Strong history of working within complex IT environments
- The ability to manage tasks and projects which have contending priorities.

**Salary**: £70,000 - £100,000
