**Senior Project Controls Manager** **Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce we are recruiting a Senior Project Controls Manager for our client in the UK to deliver on a large-scale, multi-discipline project.** **Senior Project Controls Manager.** **Job Location: UK/Ireland** **Experience in the Gas processing & LNG industry is essential with experience in FEED.** **Work schedule: 3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from home** **Key Responsibilities** - Establish budgets and track compliances and deviations - Analyse cost, progress, and performance indicators - Maintain cost and schedule budgets throughout the project life and report actual against standard/budget variances, cash flow and project expenditures. - Analyse and report Earn vs Planned - Analysis the actual incurred cost against the agreed budget. - Analyse trend and forecast to go - Lead the change management process including capturing and documenting changes - Develop and monitor contingency drawdown plans - Develop and maintain cashflow projections - Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structure and prioritise critical engineering items. - Develop, operate, and maintain scheduling systems and reports. - Perform schedule resource loading, levelling and "what-if" analyses as required. - Carry out project progress, performance, and trend analysis. - Have a full understanding of contract, EPC scope, drawings, specifications, procedures, and plans based on our contract agreement with the Client. - Report to the Management in a correct and timely basis on project planning, progress, and performance. - Work with the Management Team to develop a strong Project Controls team. - Ensure that the Project Controls department is correctly structured to allow it to perform effectively. - To implement, control and manage the procedures for the Project Controls department. - Identify and ensure early warning of adverse cost trends such that corrective actions may be taken - Assist in implementation of project financial accounting procedures and systems, financial accounting training and (kick-off) workshops **Qualifications**: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering **Essential Requirements**: Minimum of 15+ Years’ experience in Oil & Gas Industry. **Advantageous Requirements**: - Aramco or similiar company project experience will be advantageous - Ability to work across multiple offices with project setup experience - Strong organizational, planning and coordination, People Management skills. - Strong technical, prioritization and management skills. - Good communication, influencing and interface skills. - Experience in Process Design Software programs such as ASPEN, ANSYS or Similar
