Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic project controls—planning, cost, risk, change, and reporting—ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Champion business transformation, designing and implementing scalable processes and frameworks
  • Drive digital innovation, leveraging data analytics and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, communicating insights clearly and fostering collaboration
  • Ensure governance and compliance with corporate policies and industry standards

What We Need

  • Extensive experience in senior project controls roles on large-scale, complex projects
  • Proven ability to build and lead teams, implement new processes, and deliver transformation
  • Expertise in planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), cost systems (Deltek Costpoint/Cobra), and reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
  • Degree in Engineering or related field; professional certifications (AACE, PMI-SP, PMP) desirable
  • The preferred candidate will have experience in the Government and Defence sector, along with a background in the services and/or construction industry
