**Main Duties**
- Negotiate and track changes between contract and actual project needs, project modifications requests, while ensuring alignment with cost objectives.
- Manage project related supplier relations in cross function teams for specific operative adaptations.
- Act as liaison with suppliers and employees
- Solve problems with suppliers and resolve all receiving and invoicing discrepancies
- Implement action and escalate according to protocol as necessary
- Manage overall supplier relationship with unique customer adaptations
- Propose re-sourcing activities if needed
- Contribute to business review meeting preparations by providing accurate and updated reconciliations or accurate substantiation depending on job
- Ensuring collaboration with logistics co-ordinators
- Research information and develop new cost-effective strategies if applicable
- Proactively manage all PO based invoice exceptions to conclusion, making sure for compliance and pricing strategies
- Adhere to best practice in conducting sourcing activities
- Tracking miscellaneous transport reports

**Essential Skills/criteria**
- Drive negotiation in order to generate cost savings
- Perform purchasing activities related to project requirements, logistics and financial flows to suppliers, and manage risk mitigation
- Follow the decision from sourcing suppliers, negotiate and ensure supplier agreements are completed.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics/HR software
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in reporting and streamlining processes
- Working to deadlines

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
- BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
