Your new role;
Strategy and Planning
- Creation of talent pools through a variety of methods including but not limited to LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events
- Actively consult with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritise roles and skills sets required for QBE
- Build out talent mapping projects in order for the Talent Acquisition Business Partners / Advisors to have more engaging and detailed orientated conversations with line managers
- Adhere to and promote all company and recruitment policies, processes and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of private/sensitive information

Customer Focus
- Support all Inclusion and Diversity initiatives to ensure we attract talented people from the breadth of our communities in which we operate
- Always act fairly, ethically and with integrity
- Role model our DNA

Technical Performance
- Utilise a vast variety of sourcing channels to ensure the organisation attract and select the best talent for every role
- Research alternative sourcing and pipelining methods and make recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and hiring managers
- Efficient use of Workday and other recruitment related systems including adhering to correct process
- Meeting/exceeding KPI role requirements

- Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to think creatively
- Enthusiastic approach to teamwork
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

Preferred Experience
- Knowledge and passion for Talent Acquisition and recruitment gained from Agency, in house or RPO desirable but not essential
