**PPC and SEO Lead / £35,000 - £40,000 / Maidstone, Kent**
My client, an award-winning Construction Marketing company based in the heart of Kent are looking for a confident and customer focused SEO and PPC Lead to join their fantastic team of marketing professionals.
**Overview**:
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Be the first point of contact for client PPC and SEO projects and will be responsible for managing the delivery of all client PPC and SEO projects and campaigns
- To create, develop & action strategic search plans and actions in line with client KPIs and client briefs
- Carry out technical audits on client websites
- Generate the data needed to provide regular updates on all assigned client SEO/PPC projects and reports
- Continually study and track campaigns, always checking how the digital marketing strategy is performing against the clients expectations
- To come up with competitor and gap analysis and identify potential key value opportunities
- Suggesting and developing new campaigns
**Skills & Experience**:
- Experience in a similar SEO or PPC role in an agency
- Strong understanding of the tools used (Google Analytics, GAF, SEMRush)
- Degree educated or similar qualification
- Good communication, organisational and inter-personal skills as you will be in direct contact with various levels of inter and client personnel
- To be able to work under pressure and have excellent multi-tasking skills
**Package**:
- £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays & a further day off for your birthday
- Ability to WFH once a week
