We are looking for an ambitious SEO & PPC Executive to join our award-winning digital team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid SEO experience who wants to take the next step in their career, deepen their strategic skills, and eventually grow into a Senior Executive and management position as the team expands.

Role Overview

As an SEO & PPC Executive, you will support and implement effective search strategies for a portfolio of B2B clients. You will work across technical SEO, keyword research, content optimisation, and PPC activity, while collaborating closely with our in-house content writers, designers and web developers to ensure delivery of best-in-class work.

This is a hands-on role for someone with 2–3+ years' SEO experience, a structured and analytical mindset, and an interest in using AI tools to increase efficiency, insight and creativity.

You will attend client meetings, help produce monthly action reports and quarterly performance updates, and play a growing role in shaping Fabrick's search offering.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Delivery

  • Support and carry out SEO audits (technical, on-page and content-focused).
  • Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis and content gap analysis.
  • Assist in the development of SEO strategies across key accounts.
  • Brief and collaborate with internal writers, designers and developers to implement recommendations.
  • Optimise on-page elements including metadata, content structure, headings and internal linking.
  • Monitor SEO performance and contribute insights to improve rankings and traffic.
  • Be involved with the creation of new client websites to ensure they are optimised

PPC Assistance

  • Help plan, set up and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads & LinkedIN.
  • Support bid adjustments, keyword improvements, ad copy testing and landing page optimisation.
  • Track PPC performance and identify opportunities for improved ROI.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce monthly action reports detailing completed work, impact and next steps.
  • Contribute to quarterly results reports with analysis, insights and recommendations.
  • Use tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and Google Ads to monitor performance.

AI-Enabled Workflow

  • Use AI tools to streamline research, ideation, reporting and analysis.
  • Identify new ways AI can improve accuracy, speed or creativity across SEO and PPC activity.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Attend client meetings alongside senior team members.
  • Communicate updates, insights and recommendations clearly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the wider digital, content and creative teams to deliver integrated work.

About You

Experience

  • 2–3 years' hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred but not essential).
  • Good understanding of PPC principles with some practical experience.
  • Working knowledge of website fundamentals (HTML/CSS basics, site structure, CMS platforms).
  • Comfortable using SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs, Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
