We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Claims Handler** to join **Philip Williams & Co** (part of the Aston Lark Group) at our offices located in **Warrington**. If you have a background in handling personal lines insurance claims (non-motor), having worked in a similar type of role and enjoy a fast-paced environment this maybe the role for you.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your claims knowledge and experience further by working within a highly supportive team. You might be a claims assistant seeking the next step in your claims career or perhaps you are an experienced claims handlerlooking to deepen your knowledge; whatever your career stage we would love to hear from you.

We offer a blend of working between our Warrington office and your own home for this position.

**What will you be doing**:

- Handling personal lines insurance claims (non-motor) claims 'cradle to grave'
- Ensure an exceptional claim service is delivered to each and every Client
- Review and if necessary, challenge Insurer decisions on liability
- Deliver consistently an exceptional claim service to every Client

**You need to bring with you**:

- Experience of handling personal lines claims (life, sickness, accident) and compliance to relevant processes is essential
- Working knowledge of all the main classes of General Insurance and GDPR, FCA / FOS and the CII's Code of Ethics
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market is desirable
- Cert CII qualification is desirable
