**Overview of role**

As a Credit Service Claims Handler with Stocalfe Response, you will investigate First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims to determine liability, whilst delivering world class customer service and correctly providing claims management service provisions.
**What will I do?**
You’ll be undertaking investigations and enquiries to ascertain liability prior to compliantly offering and providing a replacement vehicle and/or repairs/total loss services. This will require you to handle and record claim details and calls quickly and efficiently and ensure data is processed accurately.

You will need to adhere to all process guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) relating to both credit hire and credit repair/total loss.
What experience and skills do I need to do the job?
Previous experience in the credit services sector is desirable but not essential.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment so skills which will help you succeed in this role are excellent communication, great time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks.

Working as part of a close-knit team as well as using your own initiative are also required in this role.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
