**About the role**

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Digital Content Executive to join our growing Marketing team at Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their digital career who’s passionate about content, websites, and creating great online experiences. You'll help keep our website, mobile app, and other digital platforms up to date with accurate and engaging content that reflects our brand and delights our guests.

**Key responsibilities**

In this role, you’ll work closely with the wider marketing, revenue, and operations teams to make sure our digital content is always current, user-friendly, and on-brand. Your day-to-day will include:

- Updating website and app content to reflect promotions, seasonal offerings, and business changes
- Uploading and managing images, PDFs, and other digital assets
- Assisting in the planning and scheduling of content to support marketing campaigns
- Proofreading and editing text to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to gather the right information for content updates
- Work with the wider marketing team to improve our website and digital products.
- Using our content management system (CMS) to publish content (we use Umbraco, but training will be provided)
- Keeping an eye on our digital channels to spot anything that’s outdated or needs fixing

**Desired criteria**

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one - we’re here to support you as you grow. However, it would be great if you have:

- Some experience writing, editing, or proofreading content (even from university or a previous employment)
- An interest in websites, apps, or digital content
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is desired but not essential as training will be provided; experience with Umbraco is a bonus
- Good attention to detail and a strong grasp of spelling and grammar
- The ability to stay organised and manage your workload, even when things get busy
- A collaborative attitude - you enjoy working with others to get things done

Location: This role is a **hybrid role**with 3 days based at **Crieff Hydro** Resort, Crieff, Perthshire and the remaining 2 days working from home.
