**Infrastructure Engineer**

**Basic**:£30,000 - £40,000 + benefits + bonus

**Role**:deploy, monitor, and support LAN Network alongside supporting Windows Servers infrastructure

**Location**: Hybrid - 2 days a week in Warrington office

Our client is a leading specialist in IT Infrastructure solutions who design, architect, implement and monitor technical solutions for SME businesses. They become an extension of an IT Team by adding highly qualified and experienced support. They have aloyal and consistently growing customer base who count on the teams' technical knowledge and support. Each Engineer in the team has a specialism and the opportunity to broaden their IT Technical knowledge into other areas with tremendous amounts of trainingand development in-house and externally.

An opportunity has arisen for an **Infrastructure Engineer** to join the growing team. You will have experience of supporting an infrastructure by your use of VMware, Microsoft Servers, Veeam, and SAN storage. In this role you will also supportthe network through deployment and monitoring the data-centre LAN network infrastructure and firewalls. A CCNA would be ideal but not essential in this position. No two days will be the same in this role so you will need to be an enthusiastic individual whocan communicate internally and externally. This is a great role to learn and progress your career

**Key Responsibilities**:Infrastructure Engineer**
- Deploy, monitor, and support the data-centre LAN Network infrastructure, firewalls, and security
- Support Microsoft Windows Server and supporting technologies (VMware, Vsphere, SAN Storage, and Veeam backup)
- Work closely with wider team to support IT and Technical issues where required
- Grow and develop your knowledge and skills quickly

**Experience Required**:Infrastructure Engineer**
- Experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, 2nd Line Support, IT Support, Network Engineer or similar
- Knowledge of LAN Networking, firewalls, and VPN Technologies
- Experience of Microsoft Windows Servers, VMware, Veeeam and supporting technologies
- CCNA or equivalent is beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to learn new skills and pick up new responsibilities
