**About the Opportunity**
As a result of an increasing portfolio of projects and desire to strengthen the digital operations capability within our Decommissioning and Regeneration Solutions business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Asset Management Specialist to join the team in Birchwood, Warrington.

You will be a key part of a team combining traditional consultancy skills with data driven solutions to enable us to increase our clients understanding of their asset base, helping them to work smarter and realise tangible benefits in assigned projects/focus areas.

You will work to support our major frameworks and clients - we work at senior levels in client organisations acting as a critical partner providing strategic thinking and solutions that are both practical and assured to deliver asset life cycle value.
Being part of the Decommissioning and Regeneration Solutions business offers a unique opportunity to cultivate change and creativity in digital disruption, plant ownership, engineering, safety and delivery solutions across some of the most complex industrial sites in the UK, if not the world.

In particular, we are seeking individuals with demonstrable experience in one or more of the following specialisms:

- Asset Management consultancy and delivery experience
- An understanding of Asset Management and the behaviour of assets; preferably (but not essential) related to management of degraded or no longer operational facilities.
- Ability to identify and propose improvements to current practice, helping us to deliver our strategy in action
- Experience in Nuclear Decommissioning, or other infrastructure and industrial sectors such as energy, rail, transit, highways, water, climate response, aviation, defence, ports and buildings.
- Responsibilities
- Be part of a team tasked with disrupting the industry and leading the digital revolution
- Connect Asset Management principles with leading technological solutions to deliver true value to client assets / liabilities
- Performing tasks such as writing and assuring Asset Management System information including Strategic Asset Management Plans
- Working to principles of ISO55001 series and other cross-industry accepted best practice in Asset Management (e.g. GFMAM)
- Developing and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels where required
- Self-start in delivering work in a programme and/or project environment with multiple stakeholders; operating in cross-business teams, including digitally enabled programmes.
- Manage assigned projects within established scope, schedule, and budget
- Train and mentor team members (internal and external where agreed) on formally established Asset Management System Maturity Level improvement methodologies
- Working closely with our teams to integrate Asset Management principles
- Ability to work remotely whilst successfully achieving deliverable based outcomes through a virtual team.
- Ensure status and performance of work is reported accurately and in a timely manner.

**You will also need**:

- A degree, Masters or PhD in relevant Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Mathematics and/or Asset Management discipline
- Experience in Asset Management practice or consultancy conducive to evidence-based decision making.
- An appreciation of Asset Management principles and best practices.
- Experience of developing Strategic Asset M
