**Property Consultant - Vox Studios - SE11**

The role of a Property Consultant sits within our Business Development Department. The department is responsible for building relationships with existing clients and advising them on every aspect of the property industry. Alongside the nurturing of our existing client base, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients and fostering new relationships by utilising the property portals, Land Registry Database, social media channels and various other marketing methods.

**Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator**:

- Coordinate and conduct property viewings, showcasing our impressive portfolio of premium properties.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties.
- Manage the full offer process with finesse, from initiating negotiations to key handover.
- Deliver unparalleled customer service, exceeding the expectations of our valued clients.

**Who We're Looking For**
- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential estate agency.
- Self-motivation and exceptional organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients at all levels.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
- Comprehensive understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
