Pioneer Point Partners are a Private Equity firm based in Mayfair, London. We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our growing business of 30 people.

We are looking for an individual with previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist, who is courteous, respectful, and personable. Our guests are of very high significance to the business, so this person will ideally have some experience as a receptionist for a financial company. You will be presentable, and a pleasure to work with. As mentioned, our team is growing, and we are looking for someone who can develop strong internal relationships with the wider business community. Our culture is very important to us, and we are looking for someone who is looking for their long-term stay. The role is based onsite 5 days per week and from 8am - 4.30pm.
**Your role and responsibilities**:
Your role will be varied, with some key aspects of the job being the following:
- Client hospitality (i.e., offering refreshments, showing them to the meeting room, etc).
- Receiving company phone calls.
- Meeting room management.
- Ordering laptops and phones.
Day to day support to the office management (shared with the office manager).
Management of communal areas (i.e., kitchen, small meeting pods), shared with office manager.
Health and safety compliance (i.e., organising fire drills, ensuring first aid kits are stocked, checking fire exits, etc).
Management of Pioneer admin files, and external accounts, including Amazon, Nespresso, etc.
Vendor coordination (cleaning and recycling services, arranging lunches for meetings with visitors, tech support, etc).
Ad-hoc administrative support to the office manager (onboarding, filing, scanning, taking over when they are on annual leave, etc).

**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
