This is an exciting opportunity to join a start-up company who are experiencing rapid expansion within the IT and Tech sector. They are gaining rapid momentum in securing new clients and they are now looking for an experienced and talented Key Account Managerto take over the Accounts and 'farm’ the business looking for account expansion opportunities.
Key duties include:
- Maintain and foster effective relationships and performance management across key account customers
- Regular client meetings
- KPI performance management
- Investigating all reported solutions/complaints with a clear resolution
- Identify opportunities
- Working closely with operational team to ensure delivery of service
- Ensuring customer experience of the Business is of a high quality, measured by customer retention rates and upselling revenue targets.
- Document and formalise all Account Management processes and develop standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.
- Maintain a positive business relationship with all supply partners, identifying any cost savings where possible without sacrificing on quality.
- Input to technology development roadmap based on client experience and expectations
- Present regular reports to clients and supply partners
- Ensure all account information is maintained
- Working closely with the Onboarding Team as the client prepares to GO Live and is handed over from Onboarding to Account Management.
To be successful in this position you will need to have at least 2-3 years Account Management experience and demonstrate that within this time you have successfully increased account spend, loyalty and satisfaction.
