An exciting opportunity has arisen in our **People Function** for a permanent opportunity as a **Talent Acquisition Partner **to lead on our approach to resourcing to support the delivery of the People Strategy.

**What will you be doing?**

The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner with own the end-to-end process of managing recruitment strategy and execution for all roles across the Society.

As a brand-new role to the People function, will lead on shaping the Society’s approach to resourcing. Reporting to the Head of People, you'll work closely with the People Partner Team in ensuring current and future staffing needs are met, whilst continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance and drive improvements to our employer brand and stakeholder experience.

**What type of person will you need to be?**

A trusted business partner and strategic talent adviser to a wide range of stakeholders across the Society.

Experience of developing a resourcing strategy that can adapt to the needs of the business, to ensure the sourcing of highest quality diverse talent across the business.

Adopting the most efficient processes and ensuring best in class service levels both internally and externally.

Managing the recruitment process from end-to-end, playing an active role in sourcing, selection and preparing new hires for their first day with Monmouthshire Building Society.

Cultivating strong, positive relationships with top talent, proactively identifying and engaging with individuals and groups that complement the Society’s business strategy and Employer Brand.

Providing advice and support to Hiring Managers around effective interview techniques, salary benchmarking and general employee attraction strategies.

Actively supporting our Employer Value Proposition, Recruitment Marketing, Diversity & Inclusion, Colleague Referral and Talent Engagement initiatives

**What we need from you**:
A proven track record of delivery through the direct sourcing talent across multi-discipline and specialist vacancies.

Demonstrable achievements in reducing cost and time to hire.

Exceptional communication skills and skilled in the crafting of engaging attraction content across multiple channels.

Strong working knowledge of social media driven recruitment and how to tailor messages according to specific target groups.
