**About Our Client**:
Page Group are excited to be partnered with a commercial law firm based in Cardiff to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis.

The firm has experienced exponential growth over the last 3 years, head count has increased from 128 to 207 and plans are to increase by 45 within the next 12 months. The organisation is a people led business that encourages progression, development and open ideas. The company offers hybrid working, private healthcare cash plan an on site chef with subsidised lunches

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team and help us find and hire the best legal talent.

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your key responsibilities and duties will include:

- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies: You will work closely with our HR and legal teams to identify hiring needs, determine job requirements, and create job postings that effectively communicate the skills and experience required for each role.
Maintaining recruitment data and reports: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports, including tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular updates to HR and hiring managers.
- Supporting the Early Talent Lead on apprenticeship, traineeship and graduateship lawyer programme.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous experience in agency or in house recruitment role
- Proactive and commercial mindset
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
