**Assistant Project Worker - **Children's Care Services**

**About us**:

**What is the role?**
We are looking for a committed and compassionate Assistant Project Worker who want to be a part of a leading support service for our children and young people in the Community support services.
Your role will be to support children with, in most cases, extremely challenging behaviour, and support them to achieve their outcomes which are recorded in their support plans. Other children requiring to be supported have complex physical needs, and again all relative support information is documented in their support plans. The priority for these children is to provide them with consistency, and clear boundaries.
