Our **Adult Supported Living services in North Lanarkshire** area (Cumbernauld, Kilsyth, Moodiesburn and Stepps) are looking for **full time & part time** **Support Workers** to assist in the provision of individualised support to adults and/or young people, with a wide range of disabilities, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.

We deliver 24 hour care to individuals in their own home who have a wide range of support needs. As a Support Worker you will be providing support with their personal care and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives, some these include; keeping them safe, taking part in activities & interests, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.

**Working pattern**

Early shifts (mornings), late shifts (afternoons/evenings), day shifts (9-5) & sleepover shifts. Please note we managed shifts on a rotational basis where staff work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of the people we support and will include working weekends. **Sleepover shifts** **are paid at** an hourly rate of **£12.00** and can also offer extra earning potential.

**What you will need to bring to the role**
- Compassion and kindness to support people in their day to day lives.
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Excellent problem solver who is driven by positive outcomes.
- Resilient, reliable and an excellent listener.
- Good IT & communication skills.
- A full driving license is desirable.
