We are looking for someone with a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.

You will have had previous experience in a reception role or similar.
Possess excellent guest focus and a real passion for hospitality.
Have a welcoming and precise telephone manner and immaculate personal appearance offering an excellent first impression to our guests.

Knowledge of Guestline & Rezlynx would be very advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

Shifts: 8hr shift between the hours of 8am & 8pm, weekends & Bank holidays.

**Salary**: £26,000 per annum
