Our Human Resources Service supports the implementation of the Council’s One Coventry Plan and leads on the implementation of our People Plan. This is an exciting time to join the Recruitment and Onboarding Team at Coventry City Council. As a team we play an important role in supporting the delivery of the Council’s One Coventry Plan and of our People Plan which includes finding the right talent to join our organisation. Our team also plays a key role in ensuring that our talent is diverse and representative of the residents that we serve. What is the job role?
**This is a 12-month full-time fixed term maternity cover**.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the ability to multitask, while working to tight deadlines. You will need to be a strong administrator with experience of dealing with a variety of customers, offering full customer support. Queries you will receive will focus on recruitment checks and onboarding related issues. Good communication and organisational skills are a key part of this role.
