What will I be doing as a Sales Coordinator?
Sales order confirmation
Providing administrative support
Maintenance of customer order book
Interface with Customers and deal with queries for price and availability
Control of product returns, approval, relevant paperwork, and logistics
Administration of invoice checking, paperwork archiving and data storage
We would Love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience
Experience of Sales order processing and dealing with purchase orders
Worked within the logistics industry is advantageous however not essential
PC literate and confident in the use of Microsoft Office packages
Whats in it for you as a Sales Administrator and Co-ordinator?
Weekly Pay
Part time Thu - Fri 8:30am -5:00pm
1 hour lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks
GBP20,000 pro rata salary as well as the opportunity to earn commission
Potential for the role to go permanent for the right person
