Our longstanding, successful client based in Lichfield is recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full time and HYBRID basis.

Duties Include:
- Handling all employment administration
- Preparing and issuing employment contracts and new starter paperwork
- Ensuring new starters are fully referenced, have completed all required paperwork and eligibility to work
- Accurately maintaining and updating HR systems
- Ensuring all employment related correspondence are received and recorded accurately
- Dealing with all adhoc HR administration
- Assisting with training administration
- Managing the leaver’s process
- Assist the CEO with administrational duties
- Reporting to the Group HR Director
- Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role
- Experience working with confidential data
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative
