**The Company**:
Nigel wright are excited to be working with one of the worlds pre-eminent professional services firms, who are looking to recruit an IT support analyst.
You would be responsible for the successful delivery of onsite technical and training support to all users within the office. You would oversee the management of issues and communication to end users within the office.
**The Role**:

- You will be the main onsite point of contact for all technical support issues
- Predominantly 2nd line support
- Regularly monitor ServiceNow to ensure that calls are resolved in a timely manner
- Own, resolve and escalate calls working with other teams and colleagues and other resolution teams where necessary
- Hardware housekeeping and asset control
- Provide support to meeting rooms

**Key Requirements**:

- Technical working knowledge of Smartphones and laptops
- Experience being IT sole point of contact
- Technical knowledge of MS office and SharePoint
- Experience of hardware provisioning and asset tracking, monitoring and reporting
- 2nd line experience
- Strong communication skills
