About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated QA Test Analysts to join our quality assurance team. This role is open to both entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills and experienced professionals with extensive testing expertise. You will work remotely within the UK, supporting end-to-end testing activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
  • Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and user acceptance testing as required.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools.
  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and clarify expected behaviour.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Validate fixes, support re-testing, and ensure the resolution of reported issues.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the QA process.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the QA team.
  • Stay updated on testing methodologies, tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–15 years of experience in software testing or QA roles.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing best practices.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write clear test scenarios and defect reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
  • Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
  • SQL knowledge for data validation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Background in performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • ISTQB or other testing certifications.
  • Must have valid eligibility to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).

Pay: £25,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
