We are currently recruiting for a **full-time permanent Transport Administrator** to join our Costa team, in **Feltham**. You will be working on an **4 on 4 off** shift pattern **on nights, 18:00 - 06:00**.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Assisting the department in taking all driver phone queries and logging all calls
- Ensuring all drivers are pre-briefed and debriefed in conjunction with the debrief system and that all paperwork is accurately completed and signed
- Supporting the transport operation in strict adherence to company process (Operations Manual) and current legislation in relation to Operator Licensing and Health & Safety requirements
- Working effectively with a team that is responsible for vehicle administration
- Liaising with stores to keep them up to date with any delivery problems

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good understanding of Tachograph compliance and WTD
- Good customer service skills
